Product Description
Don’t be fooled by their cosmopolitan looks. The Digital Block Series Amplifiers provide Massive amounts of Power in a stylish and surprisingly small heat sink.
These CEA 2006 Certified amplifiers boast Advanced Digital Power Supply Switching, Matched MOSFET “N” Drive outputs with an advanced Six Way Protection. The Nickel Plated Connectors, 18db Crossovers, 30Hz – Hi-Fi E-Cap Filter, Heavy Duty Power Supply, Noise Rejection Circuit, 2ch/4ch Button, are all mounted in a beautiful brushed aluminum “finless” heat sink with a ¼” milled top plate bolted down with “hex bolts”.
The four cornered hex bolts unscrew to reveal mounting tubes (see attached pictures) that allows the installer to bolt down the amp for a razor clean installation. Top it off with a soft blue center logo glow with hundreds of “micro” LEDs. The New 2010 Massive Audio “D” Block Series combines “Style, Form, Function and Performance”

The Massive Audio D800.4 performed very well. This was the first car that I tested it in, and it immediately brought a smile to my face. I normally run a JL HD 600/4 bridged to my Anarchy midwoofers, and the Massive D800.4 kept up admirably. When pushing them very hard with my volume set to the official “show off to my friends” setting, I noticed that the additional power from the JL amp kept things a tad clearer at the low end. I bumped the high pass filter slope to 24db, and the differences between the 2 amps disappeared. Right then I knew that the D800.4 was something special. It easily kept up with an amp costing much more, pushing more than 2x the power. I am sure if I used the D800.4 in the same bridged configuration only pushing my midwoofers, it would give up nothing to the JL.

we replaced 2 audioson vrx amps in a car last week with d800.4 and d2400. The guy could not believe his own ears when he played music. After that it was much better performance, and the vrx is not cheap!!!
