Massive Toro 12 Dual 4 question

Hello!! I have never heard of your brand, though I am an avid car audio guy. I currently have (2) RE Audio 12" Dual 4 ohm subs, and I am not that happy overall. One unit has blown a V/C twice. The return policy is out of control.

I want to replace the subs with a competitor. I was thinking Alpine, DC Audio, and Sundown. Then I heard about your comany. What sets you apart from the rest? What's your warranty period? How's the reliability been with the Toro series? Hope to do business with you SOON!!

Current setup: Alpine deck, Infinity Ref series separates from and rear, RF 60 x 4 for highs. (2) 12" RE Audio 12s, sealed, RF 1200.1 amp running subs @ 1ohm (I'll be using the same amp with new subs as well).
