Try to trouble shoot the amplifier by doing these steps:

Step #1 - Unplug all cables by forst unhooking POWER, REMOTE then GROUND last)

Step #2 - Wait 10 minutes and plug back in by first GROUND, POWER, REMOTE.

Step #3 Make sure voltage is over 12.5V from battery

Step 4# Make sure RCA input voltage is not higher than 4.5 Volts

Step #5 - Make sure imedance is not under 1 OHM

If that does not work you can call the following repair centers to repair your amplifier. They are not affiliated with Massive Audio but they are authorized to repair our unit. Unfortunately we have discontinued our P Series amplifiers and we no longer have any parts or units to repair or replace them. If you have any further questions or further help please feel free to contact us at any time at 323-262-2262.
