Looking for some direction and advice. I'm looking for 4 15 inch subwoofers to replace my 4 re sx's. I have no plans to compete, just want a sub that gets loud and sounds good on music. I have a 17 cubic foot ported enclosure in the back of my h2, tuned to 37 hertz. No wall, subs face up towards the roof. Subs would have about 4 cubic feet for room(each). I have a dd z2 for my sub amp. When I started looking at diff subs, I came across the dmx's. The website says that they are rated for 1500 watts rms for music. I asked around on some other forums and was told that It would take twice that to keep the dmx happy and was also told that they are more 1 hit wonders and not a good daily drivers...My other options are a re mx or ascendant audio havoks. So, my question...is 1500 watts to each 15 adequate for music? and are they a good daily sub? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks
